Hondo (#25) Daishido (#25)

History
Kōbō Daishi founded this temple in 807 and carved a statue of Enmei Jizō Bosatsu, a deity also called Kajitori Jizō (Helmsman Jizō). Fishermen pray to it for protection while at sea. [Provided by Shikoku Japan 88 Route Guide]
